But it is not just because body is run by the sun that this energy inside our body is fully optimized. Instead, it needs to be activated by doing Surya Kriya. Once you activate the sun, your body become synchronized with largest system – the solar system. Surya Kriya is about to enlarge cycle of who you are, to the state the same as solar cycle. The term “cycle” here can be understood like this: in your life, there is often a particular period of time that “repetitiveness” occurs: events happen again like the way they used to, such as: success, happiness, etc. The solar cycle often takes something like twelve years, three months and some few days to complete the cycle.
